As a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice, you will; Operate and adjust production machines Run diagnostic checks, and troubleshoot to identify problems in production Design new components and systems using CAD/CAM systems Repair machines and build components in repair facilities Use programs to monitor machine processes and performance Perform changeovers/setups, preventative maintenance, and fault finding Examine and evaluate specifications for the requirements for a task Operate and adjust machines to create parts or tools by turning, boring, milling, shaping, slotting, grinding, or drilling metal stock or components Cut, thread, bend, and install hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines Set up and/or operate hand and machine tools and welding equipment Ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts, tools, or sub-assemblies Location: Gepps Cross, SA Hours of Work: 7.30am– 3.30pm, Monday - Friday What’s in it for you?
