The Role
As our Marketing Automation Coordinator you will be responsible for the day to day running of marketing campaigns across the student communications journey (i.e. prospective and current students), along with the analytics relating to these campaigns. The role is for a 12 month contract.
What You'll Do
- Manage campaign datafor current and prospective student communications, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and enhance marketing automations, including identifying new requirements and future improvements.
- Collaborate with the communications teamto design journey flows, segmentation strategies, and prospect pathways.
- Conduct testing and reportingon automation and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Support internal stakeholders, including managing platform updates and assisting with IT and Salesforce-related requests.
- Contribute to student engagement and retentionby delivering impactful automation and journey-building projects.
What You'll Bring
- Formal qualifications in a marketing or business discipline is preferable
- Marketing Cloud experience is essential.
- Experience with using CRM data is desirable
- Experience with complex data structures is desirable
- Experience in Business Analytics or Functional Analytics is highly desirable.
