Located in Smeaton Grange, this fast growing privately owned business is looking for a switched on and motivated Sales Support Administrator to join their team. This opportunity is perfect for an individual who is a fast learner, can work autonomously with fantastic attention to detail.
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager this role is responsible for:
- Supporting the Sydney on road sales team with various administrative tasks
- Pricing and quoting service jobs
- Data entry and data base management
- Liaising with external customers and internal operations
- Providing technical and legislative information to internal and external stakeholders
- Have experience working in an administration or office support role
- Be highly organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication both verbally and written
- Be a fast learner who can work autonomously whilst also being a team player
- Have strong initiative and a self starter attitude
- Intermediate MS Office & Excel skills
