**Ecommerce Marketplace Account Manager**
This is an exciting, entry-level position for a person with an out-going personality and ability to learn all things ecommerce
You'll be trained by one of our top Team Leaders and have the opportunity to work with our high performing Bricks and Mortar team, as you develop and grow our key clients. This means you will be able to build strong relationships with our online clients that have 'bricks and mortar' stores, such as Bunnings, Myer and Woolworths.
The role is so much more than Account Management - it requires your broad skills to deliver exceptional service, build strong relationships, drive sales targets as well as being able to identify issues then deliver the most appropriate solutions. You'll be able to curate strategies for managing and further developing the key client accounts and with your strong data skills you'll be able to drill down into the details and find the information that resonates with our clients.

**The Exciting Role**:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
- Analyse, interpret and present the different sales results of accounts, ensuring strategies are aligned and results are maximised
- Analyse sales data and make recommendations to all the relevant departments internally
- Develop and execute a joint go-to-market strategy with value-added resellers, sales distribution partners and system integrators
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the concept of selling of New Aim products
- Monitor new orders and support customer enquiries based on business terms and requirements
- Support the Marketplace team in measuring success and following the metric structure
- Be able to adapt to the needs of the business and take on additional duties as directed by the direct manager as required
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and operational metrics
**What You'll Bring**:
- Ideally, 1+ years' experience in managing accounts within the eCommerce/Marketplace environment but solid Account Management skills in retail / FMCG would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills, with an enthusiastic and curious mindset
- Solid MS Excel knowledge
- Manages a variety of responsibilities at the same time - multi-task
- Finds ways and methods to get the job done even when normal channels, materials and means do not work
- Demonstrate success in developing a successful high performing culture based on diversity and inclusion
- Possess the highest standard of ethics, confidentiality & professionalism
- The team is building up its numbers and therefore we want to ensure everyone has all the support they need to be able to execute their role, so we are asking team members to be on-site in our Hawthorn office a minimum of 4 days per week
- You need to already hold full working rights for Australia
