**About the Role**
The Experiences and Partnerships team is seeking a Cultural Heritage Program Lead to champion the city's historical and cultural legacy. This role will manage the Cultural Heritage team and lead the development of heritage programs, including the Civic Archive, digitisation initiatives, exhibitions, and interpretive signage. The primary purpose of this role is to:
- Oversee the ongoing development and operation of the Civic Archive and associated digitisation program for heritage records.
- Support the Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee and convene the Civic Collection Acquisition and Deaccession Working Group.
- Oversee the design and delivery of key projects, and programs that deliver historical and cultural heritage information to the community.
**About you**
You may be required to undertake practical testing, work preference profiling / psychometric testing, functional capacity assessment (physical) or aptitude testing.
