Accenture is seeking a Client Account Lead to join our Insurance Practice, who help our clients transform their business and improve their performance in the General and Life Insurance sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving growth with our clients, building strong and business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Understand key industry factors impacting insurance, client’s business andpriorities
* Co-create with the client, articulate business transformation, and drive an innovation agenda for the client through building relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
* Provide industry thought leadership by staying up to date with the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in Insurance sectors
* Represent the Insurance Practice in industry events and forums, and actively participate in the development of the practice's brand and reputation
* Drive sales, revenue, and profitability, and responsible for account financials/key commercial processes for the account
* Help originate opportunities based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative
Professional Experience
* Experience of 8+ years of experience working in or consulting to Insurance with a strong understanding of the industry, business strategy, products, processes, and regulations. Particularly within the Life Insurance industry or Claims function (short or long-tail).
* Proven track record of success in business development, with experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executives at client organizations
* Strong industry thought leadership skills, with the ability to develop and articulate perspectives on key industry issues in the defined Insurance sectors
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and tailor solutions to meet client needs
