Role: Test Analyst
Location: Sydney
Salary: AUD 86,020 – 86,020 (Annual Gross)
Please Note: The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.
Roles And Responsibilities
* Define scope of testing, objective and gather details of Test environment, types of testing (ST/SIT/End to End) and timelines from the project team
* Create Test estimations and highlight challenges/risks for testing and any requirement ambiguities that might pose difficulties for testing
* Write Test cases in ADO covering UI, Database and all requirements given in the specification document
* Ensure Test cases encompass Equivalence Partition, Boundary Value Analysis, positive and negative test cases to provide comprehensive coverage
* Prepare Test data for all test cases in the required environment.
* Review test deliverables and provide support for other testers
* Execute test cases in required test environments
* Create test execution report covering screenshots for all test cases.
* Log defects in ADO and participate in defect triage
* Retest defects and provide proper status on defects
* Provide support during E2E or security or performance testing
* Create Test Completion Report on the status and send it to Test Lead for review.
* Main documentation for best practices, test case mapping and execution guidelines in ADO
Essential
* Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Preferred
* Test Automation - Selenium

* Excellent customer interfacing skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
