Overview
Here you’ll provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs. Use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a outstanding range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward. You will commence with an existing book of established clients with the expectation that in addition to providing excellent service to these clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.
Your team includes Relationship Executives, Account Managers, Senior Associates & Analysts – based in Liverpool and committed to delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients in order to achieve long lasting relationships and sustainable business growth. The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover $30m-$150m or $10m-$50m in commercial lending requirements, delivering on a range of needs including transactional banking, commercial & cashflow lending, working capital finance, asset finance and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs.
- Leverage insights, experience and a broad suite of products and services to move client businesses forward.
- Build and maintain relationships with established clients while identifying new client acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with a team of Relationship Executives, Account Managers, Senior Associates & Analysts to deliver exceptional service and sustainable growth.
- Contribute to delivering a broad range of financial solutions for mid-market segments.
Qualifications / What We're Looking For
- Experience in successfully building and leading a Commercial or Corporate portfolio, with lending above $10m.
- Highly skilled in deal execution with proven origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions.
- Thrives in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
- Comfortable with financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding underlying cash-flow drivers.
- Demonstrates strong relationship-building through excellent service and pursuit of new business.
