The Opportunity
We are seeking Registered Nurses to support our Mental Health Unit at Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville. Our facility has a 12-bed unit where the focus will be women's trauma and recovery services. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with our team to implement personalised treatment plans, providing direct nursing care and support, with a particular emphasis on women's recovery and wellness care delivery.
Skills And Experience
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum four (4) years' mental health experience
* Previous experience in women's mental health and/or trauma informed is essential
* Post‐graduate qualifications in mental health highly regarded
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate of $38.88 - $54.61 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
