Job Description
* Develop and implement procurement strategies for the fleet management category.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
* Oversee supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
* Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions.
* Prepare and manage budgets related to fleet procurement activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement goals with broader business objectives.
* Report on procurement performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally with mining experience.
* Strong knowledge of fleet management and procurement best practices.
* Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
* Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Attention to detail and a focus on delivering value to the organisation.
