Goondiwindi Regional Council is seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer – Gravel Maintenance to join our Engineering Services team. In this role, you'll assist with the maintenance, repair and construction of gravel roads, drainage assets and associated civil infrastructure across the region.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‐on outdoor work, takes pride in delivering quality outcomes, and values working as part of a supportive team.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* Class C Driver Licence (essential)
* White/Blue GeneralConstruction Induction Card (essential)
* Experience using small plant and equipment (desirable)
* Traffic Control, plant tickets or truck licence (desirable)
* A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
* The ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
* Salary: Level 2 – $33.37/hr, with progression to Level 5 available
* Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (19‐day month RDO system)
* Superannuation: Up to 12.5% (conditions apply)
* Award: Queensland Local Government Industry (Stream B)Award – State 2017
