About the Role
This is a standalone HR Manager role within a large national, multi-site organisation currently undergoing change and transition into a more structured, corporate environment.
Reporting to the executive team, you will provide end to end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relations, compliance, culture and engagement. You will partner closely with leaders across Australia to lift capability, improve consistency in people practices, and support a positive and accountable workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide end to end HR support across a national, multi-site business
* Manage full recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
* Coach and support managers on employee relations and people leadership
* Manage employee relations matters including investigations and grievances
* Ensure compliance with Fair Work, NES, WHS and relevant employment legislation
* Draft, review and manage employment contracts and HR documentation
* Maintain accurate HR records, systems and reporting
About You
* Experienced HR Generalist or HR Manager in a multi-site environment
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Fair Work and Awards
* Confident managing employee relations, performance and investigations
* Skilled in partnering with leaders and building capability
* Comfortable working independently in a standalone role
* Practical, solutions focused and able to influence stakeholders
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Experience supporting organisational change (desirable)
