We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lecturer to lead our culinary arts and tourism management program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality teaching, research and service activities that meet the Higher Education Standards Framework.

Key Responsibilities

* Teaching: Deliver independent teaching in the relevant discipline and coordinate or lead other staff as required.

* Scholarship of Teaching and Learning and Professional Development: Participate in professional development activities to enhance the quality of teaching and stay up to date with current and emerging principles and practices.

* Service to the Institution: Report incidents of potential breaches of the student's Code of Conduct or other policies governing students.
">
Requirements
">
* A Master's degree in Tourism, Hospitality or Food and Beverage Environment.
">
* Extensive hospitality and/or tourism leadership experience.
">
* Proven cross-cultural communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications
">
* A PhD in an area related to the field of teaching.

* Relevant tertiary teaching experience with demonstrated teaching achievements and results.
