**The Company**:
**Our client is a privately owned organisation with a National reach and a large property portfolio. They have a team of about 10 and an immediate requirement for an Administration Assistant/ EA to join their fast-paced team as they continue to grow and expand.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Lease Administration Manager in reviewing and preparing all leases
- Support leasing team with preparing presentations, reports, and agendas for internal and external distribution.
- Manage all casual leases and storage agreements for the Property team.
- Create and maintain monthly property reports.
- Facilitate regular communication with landlords, including distributing annual sales and insurance details.
- Collaborate with finance on various landlord payments.
- Input new leasing information into the database
- Assist with expense reconciliations for the team.
- Support the store design and delivery team with Capex reporting.

**Ideal Skills/Experience**:

- Similar experience in an administration/ property related role
- Exceptional administration &organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work, ensuring deadlines are met
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office, powerpoint & excel
- Motivated work ethic
