What's There Already
You'll step into a busy and growing Commercial Real Estate & Property team, working alongside respected mid- and senior Partners with strong existing workflows and excess work to plug yourself into.
Partner-level growth and succession planning for the firm means that you can expect immediate internal referrals from an over-utilised team. You will also have the freedom to shape and scale your own client portfolio in a collaborative environment where your voice influences strategy.
You are already operating at Partner level, or you are at Special Counsel level and immediately ready to step into a Partner level role and its associated responsibilities. You will likely have:
* A reputation for commercial and technically sound property advice as well as the ability to execute and deliver on complex transactions for sophisticated clients.
* A genuine passion for building client relationships.
* And the likelihood of a modest portable client base or strong referral network.
Qualifications
* Strong commercial property experience and the ability to execute complex transactions.
* Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
* Experience in financial models, valuations and strategic advising.

* Infrastructure or asset transfers
* Leasing and ancillary agreements
* General commercial property matters
* Salaried Partner north of $400K
* Equity Partner potential well beyond $1.2M
