Disability Support Worker Job Opportunity
This role involves working closely with individuals who require assistance to live fulfilling lives. You will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support based on individual needs and preferences, assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, community access, and general day-to-day tasks.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Providing one-on-one support to clients with varying levels of disability
* Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
* Facilitating community access and participation
* Encouraging clients to engage in leisure activities and hobbies
* Supporting clients with their daily routines and appointments
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a related field or a Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support
* A current and valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* NDIS worker screening clearance or willingness to obtain it
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient and compassionate approach when working with clients with disabilities
