We are seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in CAD/CAM software and have a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
* Ensure accurate drawings and effective post-processor coordination
* Contribute to workforce capability through training and development initiatives
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam or SolidWorks)
* Minimum of 5 years CNC machining experience with a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling
* Experience with post-processor customization and G-code interpretation
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
