Job Overview
We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Dubbo on a full-time or part-time basis, working with clients who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
This role requires assessing needs and providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure safe return to work within their same employer or with a new employer as part of rehabilitation and recovery.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
* A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)
* Qualifications and relevant registration in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
* Confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees
* Inclusive and integrative attitude towards diverse cultural groups
* Proven written and verbal communication skills
* Determination to provide high level customer service
* Keen sense of punctuality and ability to manage time effectively
