Lead Generator: Progression into Sales Agent

You will be trained daily by management and mentored inside a high performing office with a strong track record in both sales and property management.
This role is designed to build you into a self sufficient sales agent. You will learn how to create conversations, handle objections, convert interest into meetings, and build a personal database that stays with you as your career grows. You will be surrounded by a team that invests heavily into training, including corporate coaching, monthly workshops, and structured one on one development.
You will earn bonuses for each successful listing created from your prospecting and you will keep the data you generate as you build your own future pipeline. Once you complete your lead generation phase you will transition into either a solo agent pathway or join an established sales team depending on your strengths and goals.
