About the RoleMorae is seeking an experienced Fullstack Configurator with hands-on expertise in ShareDo or similar workflow and case management platforms. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role where you will work alongside Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and delivery teams to design, configure, and implement scalable automation solutions for our Australian clients.You will be responsible for translating business requirements into practical system configurations, including workflow automation, document generation, client portals, reporting, and system integrations. This role requires a balance of business analysis, system configuration, and client engagement across the full project lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirementsTranslate business requirements into configured case and matter management workflowsProduce BPMN diagrams to model processes and workflowsConfigure and optimise workflows using ShareDo or similar low-code platformsBuild and maintain advanced document automation templates using Microsoft WordDesign relational data models, schemas, and dynamic formsDevelop client portals and enable real-time collaboration featuresCollaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to design robust client solutionsSupport integration of SaaS and on-premise systems via APIsSupport data mapping activities and clarify ETL requirements with technical teamsConduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support UATMaintain requirements backlog using Azure DevOps or Jira best practicesPrepare and deliver client training and enablement materialsAct as a key liaison between users, IT teams, and the project delivery team

Qualifications & ExperienceEssentialProven experience delivering technical solutions in a client-facing environmentHands-on experience with ShareDo or similar workflow / case management platforms (e.g. Nintex, K2, Dynamics, Salesforce)Strong document automation experience using Microsoft WordExperience with object modelling and relational data conceptsFamiliarity with Azure DevOps and/or Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)Demonstrable experience configuring SaaS platforms or solution configuration toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentationWorking knowledge of cloud technologies and conceptsDesirableConsulting or professional services background (e.g. Big 4 or similar)Experience with DocuSign and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) integrationsJavaScript and/or C# development experienceCRM or Document Management System (DMS) integrationsExperience in the legal, insurance, or conveyancing sectorsHands-on case management experience as a paralegal, legal ops, or legal professional
EducationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Technology, or related fieldORQualification in Law, Accounting, or related discipline with demonstrated technology project experience
Additional RequirementsAustralian Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferredAbility to obtain Federal Government security clearance highly regardedWillingness to work in a hybrid model (Sydney office 3 days per week)
