We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by empowering them to achieve sustainable employment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and employers alike. You will be responsible for providing tailored guidance and coaching to support clients in achieving their employment goals, as well as collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to understanding the unique employment needs of your clients and being adaptable to meet the diverse requirements of job seekers and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their employment goals.
* Collaborate with employers to identify job opportunities and provide training and development programs to enhance their skills and employability.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to promote client engagement and retention.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success.
* Proven success within target driven environments is critical.
* A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
