About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager and Directors, you will play a key role in managing contracts, project paperwork, supplier agreements, and commercial administration across multiple live projects.
You will work closely with our Estimators, Project Coordinator, Finance Team, and Site Team to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and administer head contracts and subcontractor agreements, including managing variations, extensions of time, and contractual correspondence.
Maintain all contract-related documentation and registers, ensuring records, approvals, insurance, and compliance documentation remain current.
Prepare and process progress claims, subcontractor payment claims, and supplier invoices, and support the financial tracking of project budgets, cash flow, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
Review, assess, and document variation requests and commercial recommendations for management approval.
Support the Project Manager in contractual communication and issue resolution with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and risk exposure across multiple live projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to support smooth and compliant project delivery.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator (construction or related field preferred)
Qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or similar is preferred
Strong knowledge of contract management, claims, and variations
Experience working with project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
High attention to detail and strong document management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
