The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to maintain their independence and well-being.
Your work will focus on:
* Providing support with everyday daily activities around the home
* Supporting personal hygiene and care
* Assisting with activities outside the home environment, including chaperoning and transportation
* Ensuring medication compliance, which may include dispensing prescription medication
* Meal assistance, including meal preparation
