General Manager

This role requires a confident and capable leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy venue.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading high-volume hospitality operations, strong commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for team development and culture.

* Key Skills:
o Leadership skills to manage a large team across FOH and BOH
o Strong commercial awareness with labour, COGS, and P&L
o Passion for team development and culture
