We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support our team in managing a dynamic retail portfolio. Based onsite at the brand new Melbourne Walk arcade on Bourke St, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in property management while working with industry leaders.
Here's what you will focus on;
* Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to Retailer requests
* Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the Retailer & tenants
* Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
* Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required
* General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.
Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful;
* Experience in property management or real estate admin (retail preferred).
* Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment
* Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
* A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
* Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or working towards it
