About the Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the Chrysalis Group, you'll deliver high-quality, client-focused therapeutic services designed to make a real difference. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions.
* Conducting assessments for participants of all ages and disabilities.
* Designing, implementing, and monitoring strategies to manage behaviours of concern.
* Providing training to carers, parents, and support teams on therapeutic interventions, behaviour support plans, and risk management.
* Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve participant goals.

About You
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated professional who:
* Has been assessed by the NDIS as Core or above as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or is a Registered Psychologist.
* Holds tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent experience meeting the NDIS Capability Framework.
* Is deeply committed to human rights and supporting individuals with mental health challenges and disabilities.
* Thrives in both independent and collaborative environments to achieve goals.
* Holds a current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Clearance (or is willing to obtain them).
* Has an unrestricted driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to travel.
* Holds registration with AASW or a relevant professional body (highly regarded).
