Your Role: As a Support Services Worker, you will play an essential part in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. Your primary responsibilities will focus on cleaning and laundry services, ensuring our home feels always welcoming and well-presented. Through your daily interactions, you’ll help create meaningful connections with residents, their families, and staff—supporting comfort, dignity, and a genuine sense of home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness across resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared areas
* Complete routine and deep-cleaning tasks to a high standard
* Provide laundry services, including sorting, checking, labelling, washing, drying, folding, and returning resident items
* Ensure linen supplies are maintained and stored appropriately
* Restock cleaning supplies and hand hygiene stations as required
* Follow infection control procedures and safe work practices
* Complete required documentation and reporting accurately and on time

* Hospitality or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
