The Role
In this hands-on position, you'll be central to our daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Moving, organising, and managing stock accurately
* Picking and packing customer orders to a high standard
* Unloading containers and processing incoming inventory
* Using RF scanners to track stock movements in real time
* Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
* Meeting daily productivity targets and KPIs
* Contributing to a clean, safe, and well-organised modern warehouse

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. No weekend work required, enjoy your work-life balance.
What You Bring
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
* A current forklift licence (LF/LO)
* Proven experience with RF scanning systems
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment and consistently meet KPIs
* Basic computer literacy
* A solid work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
* Must be legally entitled to work in Australia
Physical Requirements: This is a physically demanding role. Many products weigh between 25–30 kg, so you must be comfortable lifting this weight repeatedly throughout the day.
