Workforce Planner – 3PL Retail (Immediate Start)

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to join a large, high-volume 3PL retail operation.
This is an immediate start opportunity for someone who can step in and add value from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast labour demand to meet operational requirements.
- Manage relationships with labour hire and temp agencies.
- Align staffing with operational needs across multiple shifts.
- Monitor performance and adapt workforce plans in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in workforce planning, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/LMS systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and ensure staffing levels support operational outcomes.
