We are a Family run irrigation and dry land cotton and grain farm located an hour west of Toowoomba.
Seeking a Working Operations Manager that has row crop experience.
Applicant must have good communication skills and be able to work well unsupervised and with staff.
Key Duties include:
•Leas with the farm owner.
•Carry out day to day farm operations.
•Delegate, supervise and work with staff.
•Drive, maintain and service farm machinery and equipment.
Position includes a 4 bedroom air conditioned house with school bus at the gate, and a work vehicle.
Pay package based on experience.
