Senior Bid Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Bid Coordinator to join our Pre-Contracts and Bid team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-level support throughout pre-bid, bid, and post-bid activities.
The successful candidate will ensure all submissions meet exceptional graphic design quality standards and effectively communicate UGL's strengths to clients. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting adherence to pre-contracts processes and governance expectations;
* Coordinating submission preparation, ensuring alignment with client requirements;
* Determining submission design, including layout and artwork;
* Promptly preparing graphical components – eg., graphics tables infographics etc.
