About the Role
We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in the south-east metro area. This opportunity will help strengthen your HR foundations while bringing your own ideas to life.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advice, support, and coaching to employees, driving continual improvement and conformance.
* Lead recruitment campaigns with Business Unit Managers.
* Create contracts and HR documentation.
* Coordinate training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Collaborate with Business Unit General Managers, Safety, and support functions.
* Interpret Enterprise Agreements and provide industrial relations advice.
* Update and create policies and procedures, suggesting best practices.
* Prepare internal monthly and quarterly reports on HR performance.
* Develop and implement HR strategies across Business Units.
* Recruit and administer Apprentice and Graduate programs.
* Foster a collaborative and transparent culture within the organization.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in an operational HR role.
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience working with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements in a blue-collar environment.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems.
