We are seeking multiple Residential and Commercial Metal Roof Plumbers to join our client's team. With several ongoing and upcoming commercial roofing projects across Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas, this is a great opportunity for both developing and experienced tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, repair flashings, metallic roof and wall claddings and rainwater products such as gutters and downpipes.
* Perform roof inspections and diagnose issues including leaks, flashings, penetrations, and fittings.
* Read and interpret building plans and specifications for accurate job setup.
* Measure, cut, and install sheet metal, roofing components and rainwater goods.
* Install waterproofing systems, including membranes, ensuring full compliance with standards.
* Ensure correct roof fall, drainage and adherence to Australian building codes.
* Communicate effectively with builders, site supervisors, clients and team members.
* Maintain high-quality workmanship while following company standards and safety protocols.
* Fabricate and install metal roofing, rainwater goods and flashings.
Requirements
* Minimum one-year experience in metal roofing (residential or commercial).
* Basic understanding of roofing systems and installation practices.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
* White Card.
* Own tools, reliable transport and driver's licence.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary around $70,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience).
