Position
Part‐time permanent position based on Kaurna Land in Melrose Park, SA (20 hours per week). Salary: $34.62 ph – $37.78 ph Super Salary Packaging.

About the Role
As our front desk Administration Officer you will be the welcoming face of our organisation, delivering professional and courteous reception and front‐desk services, ensuring all visitors and callers are connected to the right person or information with ease and respect for diverse backgrounds.
Duties
* Be the welcoming face of the office – deliver presentable reception and front‐desk services, connecting visitors and callers.
* Deliver high‐quality administrative support – manage correspondence, records, data entry, reports, mail, invoices, bookings and supplies; assist with projects and maintain tidy, well‐organised workspaces.
* Support meetings and events – handle room bookings, setup, pack‐down, guest refreshments, tech support, catering and distribution of materials to ensure smooth, professional experiences.
* Champion collaboration, confidentiality and inclusion – assist colleagues during busy periods, maintain accurate logs and internal resources, and uphold values of diversity, human rights and cultural respect.

Skills and Requirements
* Qualifications & Experience – Certificate in Business Services (or equivalent) with at least 12 months in an administrative, customer‐facing role.
* Customer Service Excellence – strong focus on positive client experiences, identifying needs and managing expectations with professionalism and empathy.
* Technical & Digital Proficiency – confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook, client databases.
* Communication & Coordination Skills – effective written and verbal communication, prioritising tasks, managing interruptions, working independently with minimal supervision.
* Confidentiality & Cultural Awareness – committed to privacy, handling sensitive information, engaging respectfully with diverse communities.
