We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager for our Fluids business portfolio to join our team at Sealed Air Australia with base location in Fawkner. Your Mission
You will be the driving force behind the growth and profitability of our Liquibox portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining our strong market presence while aggressively pursuing and capturing new business opportunities. You will translate vision into execution, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our ambitious commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead & Deliver: Be fully accountable for achieving annual sales and profit targets for the ANZ Fluids portfolio.
* Drive Growth: Prospect, develop, and execute new business projects in collaboration with our Business Development and Technical teams.
* Strategic Collaboration: Work with sector, application development, and key account teams to implement specialized strategies that create competitive advantage.
* Inspire Your Team: Foster a high-performance culture through clear communication, goal setting, training, and strong leadership.
* Expand Our Reach: Continuously focus on sales growth by identifying new account opportunities, leveraging market intelligence, and executing strategic acquisition plans.
What You Will Bring To The Table
* A proven track record of commercial leadership, including experience leading a sales team or managing a business sector.
* Exceptional business acumen and a results‐oriented mindset.
* Outstanding communication and relationship‐building skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, from the shop floor to the boardroom.
* Depth industry experience and knowledge in Flexible Fluids Packaging, Flexible Packaging is a MUST
* Experience with Solution Based Approach to develop Total Solution is a Must
* Strong experience in directly managing and developing professional teams.
* A tertiary qualification is preferred, but your demonstrated experience and leadership are paramount.
* The flexibility for regular domestic and interregional travel as required.
