Peer Support Worker – Perinatal Mental Health
* A key role in our organization is to support co-facilitation of peer groups focused on perinatal mental health and wellbeing. This involves working with teams to plan sessions that cater to the diverse needs of participants.
The role requires you to provide empathetic listening skills, respect boundaries, and create non-judgmental spaces for parents. You will need to work collaboratively with others to establish a strong foundation of trust within the group.
