Job Description
As a Junior Customer Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring customer inquiries and service requests are resolved efficiently and promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. This involves receiving email and phone communication as the first point of contact.
* CUSTOMER SERVICE
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring timely delivery of after-sales services such as repairs, warranties, spare parts, and transportation within set timelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Raising Purchase Orders and filing project details for future reference
* Handling multiple tasks and adjusting to the volume and diversity of customer requirements with attention to detail and prioritization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Basic knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
* Strong verbal and communication skills are critical to interact effectively with all stakeholders
* Adaptability and willingness to operate in a small office environment
