Position Overview
As the first point of contact for all incoming service calls and emails, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a professional phone manner, and can multitask with confidence and accuracy.
You'll be joining a friendly team of three and working closely with technicians, management, and clients to deliver an excellent customer experience. This position is long-term and offers stability and room to grow with a company that values its people.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for service calls and emails
• Raise customer service jobs and repair orders
• Assist with scheduling and dispatch of technicians
• Update and maintain databases, records, and job files
• Support the service team with general administration and reporting
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Work collaboratively with other departments to meet company goals
Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong phone manner and problem-solving ability
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under pressure
