The Administration Officer role plays a pivotal part in ensuring effective business processes by providing frontline customer service and administrative support.
* Draft communication materials, including media releases, newsletters, social media posts, and briefing documents.
* Coordinate the approval and distribution of communication materials across various channels.
* Manage public and media inquiries related to Council initiatives, events, and policies, providing timely and accurate information.
* Maintain and ensure the accuracy of systems, registers, and databases, guaranteeing data integrity.
Candidates should possess a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and a valid Class C Drivers Licence. Previous experience with Civica's Authority System is highly desirable.
