Key Accountant Role
The Operations Accounts Officer is responsible for managing the company's financial operations. The role involves coordinating all accounts-related duties to ensure continuity in our ever-evolving environment.
About The Position
* Manage accounts payables and receivables by ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
* Perform bank accounts reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of our financial statements.
* Process expense reports and reviews to maintain transparency and compliance with accounting standards.
* Present budget updates to the team and stakeholders, highlighting key financial performance indicators.
* Review company insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Generate client invoicing, statements, and debtors reports to facilitate smooth cash flow management.
* Manage cash flow and credit card transactions to minimize financial risks.
* Process client credit account applications, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Prepare FBT preparation for Accountant, in collaboration with the external bookkeeper and accountants as required.
* Participate in stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels and reduce potential losses.
Training will be provided in-house with exposure to a large number of technologies and products.

* Reliable, punctual, well-organized, and presented, with a valid driver's license and the legal right to work in Australia.
* Experience using Xero is preferred, but not essential.
