Female Disability Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to join our team.

As a Female Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering individualised care and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
You will work closely with a diverse group of people, including individuals with physical, intellectual, and sensory disabilities, as well as their families and carers.
Your role will involve:
* Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores;
* Providing emotional support and companionship to clients;
* Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each client;
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care;
* Providing education and training to clients and their families on topics such as disability awareness, health promotion, and self-advocacy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III or higher in a relevant field of support work, such as disability services or aged care;
* A Blue Card and NDIS Screening/ Yellow Card;
* A First Aid and CPR Certificate;
* A Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
