Project Manager Commercial Coatings
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in the commercial coatings industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
* Assess and negotiate contract terms with subcontractors and suppliers
* Monitor onsite performance and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication
* Manage data within the company's CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
* Lead safety and quality management onsite
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, specifically in commercial contracting within the construction industry.
BCA knowledge and experience managing multiple teams across trades, engineering, projects, maintenance, and sales at a senior level are essential.
The role involves extensive travel, and an open, clean driver's license is required. Ideally, candidates should reside in or near the area of operation.
