The Assistant Centre Manager is responsible for leading a cross-functional team at a new and purpose-built facility.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coaching and inspiring team members to achieve excellence in customer service.
* Managing leisure facilities, marketing, sales, projects, and management functions with efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
* Full-time work rights in Australia are mandatory.
* A current First Aid and CPR Certificate is required.
* Royal Life Saving NSW Lifeguard Certificate must be held.
* A valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check are essential.
* Previous experience as a Swim School or Leisure Supervisor is desirable.
