We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Talent & Organisation practice, specialising in HR Transformation. As part of Accenture's leading consulting team, you will partner with Australia's top organisations to design and deliver future-ready HR functions that drive business performance and employee engagement.

This is a leadership role, suited to an individual with deep HR transformation expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex people and operating model challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale HR transformation programs across multiple industries.
- Shape and deliver HR operating models and organisation designs, ensuring alignment to business strategy.
- Drive the end-to-end design and development of HR processes, embedding leading practices and digital solutions.
- Partner with clients on HR function redesigns, including offshoring and outsourcing strategies, to optimise service delivery and workforce outcomes.
- Manage and mentor high-performing teams, building capability across the practice.
- Develop trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on people and HR function transformation.
- Contribute to business development through thought leadership, leading proposals, and account growth planning.

What We're Looking For

HR Transformation experience, including:

- Experience in and/or exposure to HR function operating model and organisation design.
- Experience in end-to-end design and development of HR function processes.
- Experience in working within or operating a People/HR function through a redesign, particularly offshoring and/or outsourcing.

Additional skills and attributes

- Strong consulting experience within a global consulting firms or equivalent environment.
- Proven ability to operate at Senior Manager level– managing programs, stakeholders, and teams.
- Strong problem‐solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability at C‐suite level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
