Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance solutions using GE Smallworld GIS.
Support integration with e-terra or similar EMS/SCADA platforms.
Write and maintain C++ code to support backend system functionality.
Contribute to real-time system integration, performance tuning, and operational support.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in a high-impact environment.
Skills & Requirements:
Solid experience with GE Smallworld GIS development.
Familiarity with e-terra or other Energy Management Systems (EMS).
Proficiency in C++ for enterprise-level software projects.
Previous work in the utilities, energy, or power sector.
Strong understanding of GIS principles, asset data, and network models.
Desirable Extras:
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) or system APIs.
Understanding of grid control, topology, or real-time operations.
