We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Desktop Support Analyst to provide top-notch technical assistance to our team.
* Support and troubleshoot complex IT problems with hardware, software, and business application issues.
* Elevate problems to relevant resources and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and update knowledge base articles regularly.
* Provide primary technical support for business applications.
* Offer assistance with hardware issues, including vendor and IT procurement management.
* Aid in mobile device and endpoint deployment using MDM tools.
* Deliver user training on core technologies.
