Following our successful tender win at Sunshine Coast Airport we are embarking on the delivery of six large scale Food & Beverage venues that will be progressively developed over the next 12 months. As a result, we are building a brand-new Food & Beverage team to support what will become our largest F&B footprint to date.
Over the next 12 months we will be bringing to life a diverse portfolio of food and beverage concepts, including:
* An all-day Bar & Dining destination showcasing an extensive range of locally sourced produce.
* An Asian QSR concept featuring in house made dumplings and fresh sushi.
* An Elevated Burger QSR complemented by an innovative self-serve pay by weight dessert bar.
* A Premium Salad & Health Bar focused on fresh ingredients and 100% product traceability.
* Multiple Coffee and Café concepts offering quality coffee alongside a curated range of grab and go items
As our General Manager, you will be the senior on-site leader, accountable for the overall strategic and operational performance of all food and beverage outlets.
What You'll Do:
You will play an instrumental role in the venue development and pre-opening phase, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders on venue design, operational planning, and the successful launch of each new concept as it comes to life
Lead multiple venues, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience while maintaining brand and operational standards.
Hold full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth while maintaining strong cost control and operational efficiency.
Build, develop, and coach a high performing leadership team, fostering engagement, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
Partner with airport stakeholders and corporate teams to deliver growth initiatives, introduce new concepts, and drive continuous operational improvement.
Oversee compliance across WHS, food safety, RSA, and all relevant airport regulations and operational requirements.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading multi-outlet or large-scale food and beverage operations.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, revenue optimisation, and cost control.
Exceptional leadership presence and ability to influence at all levels.
Experience in airport, travel retail, or high-volume hospitality environments is highly desirable.
