We are partnering with a rapidly growing organisation to appoint their first dedicated HR Business Partner. This role will bring structure, consistency and uplift to how human resources are delivered across the business.
The Job Description
* Develop and refine the full employee lifecycle from hiring through to onboarding, performance management, engagement and offboarding.
* Support line managers with coaching, feedback and practical tools that improve capability.
* Build and maintain reliable human resources systems & data integrity.
* Lead culture and engagement initiatives that bring company values to life.
* Manage compliance, contracts and key governance activities.
* Drive continuous improvement across processes, policies and reporting.
This is a newly created role in a business that's outgrown its basic operations and needs someone who can build a modern human resources foundation.
