Do you want to play a pivotal role in shaping how large-scale projects and programmes deliver meaningful change across the justice sector?
The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Principal Advisor, Change Management to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office team. Your expertise in change management and investment delivery will directly influence how we govern, deliver, and embed transformation across the Ministry.
In This Role, You Will

* drive change management best practice and offer expert guidance on complex change risks and issues
* partner with business groups to build change management capability across our projects, people leaders, and governance groups
* deliver enterprise change portfolio impact forecasts and insights for governance groups and decision makers.
You will be part of a team that is committed to continuous improvement and delivering high quality outcomes for New Zealanders. This role provides a unique opportunity apply your expertise at a strategic level, influencing how projects and programmes shape the future of justice in Aotearoa.
Ō Pūkenga/Skills And Experience
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
* significant experience in enterprise change leadership within complex organisations
* experience in developing and improving change management frameworks, practices, and tools, ideally in an investment setting
* an ability to enhance organisational performance through data, to identify trends and drive improvements
* exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder management and experience influencing people across all levels
* a working knowledge of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and the implications of these for the work of Te Tāhū o te Ture – Ministry of Justice.

The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office is a multi-disciplinary team responsible for advising the Executive team on strategic investment and enabling effective governance of the investment portfolio. Utu ā-tau/ Salary
The appointing salary for this role is likely to be between $129,129 and $164,144 based on skills and experience. The remuneration band for this role is between $129,129 and $179,192.
