TOJHÀ is an Australian fashion brand focused on elevated occasionwear, modern femininity and considered design. Operating across ecommerce, wholesale and marketplace channels both locally and internationally, the business continues to evolve across launches, digital and customer experience.

We are currently seeking an eCommerce and Digital Marketing Coordinator to work closely across Shopify, campaigns, launches and digital execution, ensuring the online experience feels elevated, commercially aligned and operationally organised across all customer touchpoints.

This is a founder-led, highly collaborative environment suited to someone who enjoys balancing creative execution with operational organisation inside a growing fashion business.

The role will initially operate across approximately 3–4 days per week, with hours reflecting approximately 15–20 hours weekly, depending on launch periods, campaign rollout and trading flow.

This role sits at the centre of TOJHÀ’s ecommerce execution, digital marketing rollout, online trading flow and customer journey.

Working closely in-house with the Founder and wider team, the role focuses on the day-to-day organisation, execution and consistency of the online store across launches, campaigns, merchandising, EDMs, social rollout and marketplace channels.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce and Shopify

* Product uploads and launch execution across Shopify
* Product descriptions, imagery, collections, tagging, and onsite merchandising
* eCommerce housekeeping and site consistency across launches and trading periods
* Collection setup, restock updates, and product flow coordination
* Sale and promotional rollout execution across ecommerce touchpoints
* Search optimisation and onsite product discovery improvements
* SEO implementation across product and collection pages
* Website audits, launch QA, and product checks across desktop and mobile
* Monitoring product visibility, launch accuracy, and onsite presentation standards
* Working across Omnivore and The Iconic Seller Centre where required
* Coordination of marketplace product flow and launch timing

Digital Marketing and Campaigns

* Build and execution of EDM campaigns
* Klaviyo campaign scheduling and flow upkeep
* Coordination of campaign rollout across email and website
* Trading calendar and launch execution across digital touchpoints
* Coordination of sale launches, promotional activity, and onsite campaign alignment
* Coordination across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Website banners and campaign asset coordination
* Caption scheduling and digital rollout coordination
* Light content editing and BTS rollout where required
* Reviewing ecommerce and EDM performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement

Customer Journey and Brand Consistency

* Ensuring consistency across ecommerce, digital, and campaign touchpoints
* Supporting a premium customer experience across all online interactions
* Working collaboratively across ecommerce, operations, wholesale, customer care, and launches
* Coordinating launch timing and digital priorities with the wider team
* Supporting consistency across the customer journey, eCommerce presentation and online trading execution
Who You Are
* Organised, commercially aware, and detail-driven
* Strong eye for digital presentation and customer experience
* Comfortable balancing multiple launches and priorities at once
* Confident working within a fast-moving founder-led environment
* Naturally proactive and solutions-focused
* Calm under pressure during launches and promotional periods
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
Previous Experience
* Previous experience working within Shopify ecommerce
* Experience using Klaviyo or similar EDM platforms
* Understanding of SEO and eCommerce optimisation
* Experience coordinating digital accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Experience using Omnivore and The Iconic Seller Centre is highly regarded
* Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows, including launches, merchandising, campaigns, and promotional execution
* Fashion eCommerce experience is highly regarded
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The Role Details
* Part time position
* Approximately 3 days per week initially
* Melbourne-based preferred
* Flexible structure for the right candidate
